Returns Policy

Fashion Closet we want you to be
delighted every time you shop with us.
For this reason we make our returns
policy very simple.
If for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase, please email straight
away then return the item/s to us in
perfect condition within 10 working days
of receiving item/s for an exchange or
refund.
Please note we are unable to refund
postage costs.
If you find that you have ordered the
incorrect size of item then we are happy
to change for different size if we have
in stock, all we ask if you repay
postage fee.
It is always wise to ask for proof of
postage or recorded delivery as we can
not be responsible for items lost in the
post. Please enclose original invoice
with package.
A full refund will be given in the event
of a faulty item when returned with the
original invoice.
