    UK Deliveries below £200 (ex-vat) Delivery is £10.00 + vat.

* We offer a DPD EUROPEAN road service at rates below for first 75 KG then additional amount for each extra 25 Kg.

      *  We also offer an airmail shipping via UPS or FEDEX for other European  and locations worldwide, cost will be calculated during checkout depending on the weight of your order. All deliveries will require signature upon Delivery or can organise your own shipper to collect from or warehouse.

*All orders are aimed to be shipped within 2 working days of cleared funds being received. We are sometimes able to ship UK orders for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 12.00pm. However this is entirely dependent on how busy our warehouse is. Please call us on 0121 243 9683 if you require this and we can confirm if it’s possible.

 *All our UK orders are shipped with either DPD or FedEx UK depending on location  and will require a signature upon receipt. You will receive an email with full tracking information from us when your order has been dispatched.

If shipped by DPD You will also receive an email (or text if you have supplied a mobile number) on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time window in which your order will be delivered.

Returns and Cancelations

Fc Wholesale offers a 14 Day Return and Cancelation policy on all purchases except items on sales or heavily discounted.

Please note that we wholesale ex-store garments, cancelled productions, end of line items, overruns and also graded items.

Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if you received the wrong item or a damaged item, you can return it AT YOUR COST in its original condition within 14 days from receipt for a credit note Or refund. We heavily subsidise shipping and cannot cover return costs as well. If you are an international customer, please communicate with us to resolve the issue.

Fc Wholesale does not offer a free returns service on items you wish to return . If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us at your cost for a credit note or a replacement item. No monetary refund will be offered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will only accept items if they are returned with their same  ratio pack as purchased. If an item is missing from the ratio pack you will not be eligible for a refund. You must return the whole pack and as sent to you, either hanger or flat packed as you have received it.

We will, at our discretion, charge a 10% restocking fee for items returned without care or clearly damaged after receipt except for items that are faulty or incorrectly sent.

Fc Wholesale is not liable for parcels returned by customers. In the event of lost parcel or insurance claim, it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. We advise that you ensure your parcel is covered for the value of its contents.

For any refund processed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or by post. For any replacement, we will process your request within 48 hours, however please allow 7 days turnaround from the time you send your parcel back to us to redelivery. If you return an item and request an alternative item at a higher price we will charge the difference. Any refunds or difference in price will be credited to the original payment Method..

Our  14 Day Cancelation policy applies to all products with the exception of products which have been worn, catalogue or store returns and underwear, which are non-returnable. Swimwear, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.
